Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Thin sliced ham
Thin sliced Swiss cheese
Crushed Cornflakes
4 T. butter, divided
2 T. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Roll chicken, sliced ham and sliced Swiss cheese together, secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate in sealed container 1 hour.
Roll in melted butter (2 T.) and crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
While baking, whisk butter (remaining 2 T.), flour and milk together. Then slowly add bouillon, pepper, shredded Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
Pour over chicken when done!

Back To School
Another school is upon us and it's hard to believe that our little girl is starting 3rd grade. She has such a love for school and truly excels in all that she does. She never fails to amaze us. Good luck to everyone on another wonderful school year!
